How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are packed with care within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days after your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Available shipping rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.
Can I return my jewelry?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Are earrings returnable?
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
What about custom or personalized pieces?
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or something is wrong with your item so the issue can be reviewed and made right.
